ContractorCheckRGB

Dear Valued Clients, Contractors and Colleagues,

These are certainly strange and unprecedented times. As we try to adapt to a situation we have never encountered before, and with really no previous experience that we can refer back to or use as a guideline, we first and foremost want to let you all know that we’re in this together.

We’re doing everything we can to support our employees, clients, and contractors at this time, as well as doing our part to flatten the curve. We have followed government guidelines closely, and enacted our business continuity and pandemic plan, allowing all workers the option of working from home, effective March 16th, 2020. Based on updated guidelines, we will be closing our Head Office in Toronto as of end of business on March 24, moving to 100% work from home.

We are still offering clients and contractors uninterrupted service, and our team is available as a resource during this difficult time (including our Canadian Safety Professionals). The ContractorCheck system is accessible online, 24/7, and is a useful tool in managing and maintaining your ongoing compliance requirements. We are committed to continuing to support you in managing your compliance goals , so that you are ready to work now, and/or when things get back to normal.

We urge you to visit reputable sources for information and updates regarding the developing COVID-19 situation, as others can be misleading, out of date or downright incorrect; Government of Canada and/or the World Health Organization websites are our top resources.

We hope everyone can stay safe and healthy, and do recognize that not everyone will come out of this unaffected. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s anything we can do to support you directly.

Sincerely,

Christopher Kelson
